This Privacy Policy explains how Byorn Services Corp, doing business as Inka Installation ("Inka Installation", "we", "us"), based in Orlando, Florida, collects, uses and protects the information you share with us when you visit inkainstallation.com, request an estimate, or contact us through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, phone or email.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your request and, if you hire us, to do the work:

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address of the project.
• Project details you give us: type of service, number of cabinets, photos, measurements, plans, timeline and any message you send.
• Information from forms on Facebook and Instagram (lead forms and Messenger conversations), which Meta shares with us when you submit a form or message our Page.
• Technical data collected automatically when you visit our website: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and the source that brought you to the site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools described in section 4.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your request and send you an estimate.
• To schedule, perform and follow up on the work you hire us for.
• To send you a quote, invoice, appointment reminder or a follow-up about your project by phone, text message (SMS), WhatsApp, Messenger or email.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to your request.

3. Text messages and calls

When you give us your phone number in a form, a message or a call, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text message about your estimate and your project. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us so. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from the following providers to measure traffic and advertising: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools such as the Meta Pixel. These tools may collect your IP address, device identifiers and browsing activity on our site. You can limit cookies in your browser settings. Meta's use of data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy, and Google's and Microsoft's by theirs.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Website hosting and form processing (Cloudflare).
• Analytics and advertising platforms named in section 4.
• Messaging and email providers we use to reply to you.
• Suppliers, when we need to order materials for your project, limited to what the order requires.
• Authorities, if required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations, and we delete or anonymize them afterwards. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (section 8).

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or telling us.
• You can limit tracking cookies in your browser and through the settings of Google, Microsoft and Meta.

9. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
